Road Traffic Offences - Magistrates Court Representation

Most road traffic offences are classed as summary offences, which means they are dealt with in the Magistrates’ Court, often at a single hearing.

Legal aid is rarely available for road traffic matters. In most cases, clients will need to fund their representation privately.
